This workshop is a practical introduction to the Wheel of the Year and how it reflects the natural cycles of land, body, and life.

Together we will explore the eight seasonal festivals and what they represent, not just historically, but in practical experience.

This is about understanding rhythm, timing, and relationship with the seasons we move through every year.

What we will cover:

What the Wheel of the Year actually is and where it comes from.

The eight seasonal points: Samhain, Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh and Mabon.

The themes of each season and how they show up in real life

How seasonal awareness can support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and intention.

Simple ways to work with the seasons in everyday life without pressure or perfection.

This is a teaching session rather than a ritual. You do not need prior knowledge, spiritual labels, or experience. Curiosity is enough.

The session will be gentle, informative, and inclusive, with space for questions and discussion.

Suitable for anyone interested in seasonal living, nature-based wisdom, or understanding the deeper patterns beneath the year we already live inside.
