Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Out of respect for both our time and the needs of other clients, please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel after booking, your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment, you’ll be charged 50% of the treatment or event cost.

If you cancel within 24 hours (1 day) or don’t attend your appointment, you’ll be charged 100% of the treatment or event cost.


A valid credit or debit card may be required to confirm future bookings so that appropriate fees can be processed in the event of late cancellation.

Emergencies & Illness

Life happens, and sometimes emergencies or illness arise unexpectedly.
If you have a fever, infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours of your appointment, please get in touch to cancel or reschedule.

Severe weather may also make travel unsafe — please don’t take unnecessary risks.
Late cancellations due to genuine emergency, illness, or unsafe weather conditions will generally not incur charges, though each situation will be assessed individually.

Late Arrival Policy

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time to allow space for any paperwork or questions before your session begins.

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to finish at the original time to avoid impacting the next booking.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, with the full service fee still applying.

If I’m ever delayed, I’ll extend your session where possible or adjust the fee accordingly.

Courses, Classes & Workshops

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any class, course, or workshop.
The deposit amount varies depending on the event and is included within the total ticket price at booking.

All deposits and full payments become non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
