Using simple ritual, grounding practices, and symbolic tools drawn from witchcraft traditions, we will look at how to stay centred, contained, and steady without shutting down or hardening against the world.
This is about learning how to recognise your own limits, strengthen your sense of self, and return to your own baseline after interaction, stress, or emotional load.
The session blends gentle teaching with experiential practice, using grounding, protective symbolism, and simple energetic boundary work that can be adapted into everyday life.
What to expect:
An exploration of sensitivity and why some people feel more affected than others.
Grounding practices as the foundation of protection.
Simple, witchy protection and boundary techniques using symbolic tools.
A calm, contained space to practice.
You do not need prior experience or specific beliefs to attend. Participation is encouraged, but you are always free to step back, observe, or adapt practices to suit your own comfort.
This is a steady approach to protection that supports connection rather than fear.
