IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Tickets are free to reserve at the point of booking. After booking, someone from the team will be in
touch to confirm the session cost and provide bank details for payment (unless the event is listed as
free with a donation).
We will work with breath, toning, humming, sighing, and simple mantra.
Mantras will be introduced with brief context, including their Buddhist origins, and used in a practical, accessible way.
This is not about belief, devotion, or singing ability, but about repetition, vibration, and the steadying effect of sound.
The session will include call-and-response chanting and a guided sound circle, where voices overlap and support one another so no one is left holding sound alone.
Participants are encouraged to take part, while also being free to rest their voice or listen at any point.
What to expect:
Gentle vocal warm-ups and toning.
Simple mantras introduced with clear explanation.
Call-and-response chanting.
A shared sound circle where breath and voice are held collectively
A calm, grounded close to support settling and integration.
This is a participatory session, but there is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” You are welcome to join in at your own pace.
Suitable for beginners, those curious about mantra, and anyone looking for a steady, voice-based way to support regulation and relief.
